Flowerama won me over today! Decided to stop in at the last minute to get an arrangement for my friend. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but managed to put it together VERY quickly. Great service with a smile from the Leslie today! I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I was shopping for a special occasion and shared my vision of what Iwanted . I felt welcomed and was able to find the perfect floral gift and set up delivery, too! Make sure to get a punch card and use it for every purchase!

Amazing service and prompt delivery. Nikki helped us by delivering an arraignment within 2 hours of calling the store. I live 1,000 miles away and she made it happen with a great price too! Fantastic customer service. Call them now!

Beautiful flowers and wonderful customer service! We had a death in the family and wanted to send out a few arrangements the same day to loved ones. The first order was straightforward, and I placed it all online. For the second bouquet, I called and spoke with Sarah. She answered all of my questions and was able to let me know about a keepsake they had available in-store that was not online. Sarah sent me a photo of the keepsake and took my second order over the phone. She even agreed to send me pictures of the completed arrangements so I could let the extended family members know what was being sent. Both orders turned out fantastic, were delivered that afternoon, and comforted our family. Thank you for all your help!

We wanted to send an appreciation plant to a company we’ve partnered with for the past 11 years, and the service we received was exceptional. Even though I called later in the day, Nikki personally delivered the arrangement within two hours to ensure it arrived on time. From what I’ve seen in other reviews, this level of care isn’t unusual—Nikki truly goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
